In the city of Boulder, ProCraft was involved in elevating the experience within a 50,000 sq. ft. office building. This multi-tenant, co-working space was the perfect example of how we were able to efficiently improve the day-to-day conditions for occupants in multiple offices at once. During this project, we were able to successfully convert existing HVAC systems to LEED Gold, including a new high-efficiency rooftop unit that offered heat recovery and was complete with an air-cooled chilled water system. This self-contained RTU is responsible for heating water that is distributed to VAV boxes, allowing for optimum temperatures on every floor.
