At ProCraft, it’s our responsibility to maintain focus on preparing everyone to be safe. We start each day by examining in detail how we can accomplish our goals in the safest way possible. By joining Modigent, we align with rigorous safety programs that include several initiatives aimed at incident and injury prevention and driving more cultural adoption. These include Field Ergonomics Training, a National Safety Committee, a new single-source personal protective equipment (PPE) program, and Leadership Observations. With a Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) well below the average for plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning providers, Modigent is setting a new standard for protecting employees, building leadership accountability, and preventing human-focused risk.
