License to Excel: A ProCraft Apprentice Success Story

Colorado native, Shiloh H., is the next in a long line of graduates from ProCraft Mechanical’s apprenticeship program. In partnership with the Construction Industry Training Council of Colorado (CiTC), Shiloh earned his journeyman license that recognizes his capabilities in plumbing. This four-year endeavor involved regular on-the-job training, hours in a classroom, and lab work one night a week. Shiloh was able to earn money while learning and his certification means he is now set up for long-term career success in his chosen field.

Shiloh is one of many ProCraft apprentices who have completed the training at CiTC. Created in 1988, this council serves the needs of the construction industry, preparing graduates for skilled trades through its open-shop training for five different trade associations. The CiTC program delivers education that is challenging and rewarding and is widely known as a proven step toward career-readiness and advancement. In fall of 2025, ProCraft will have eight employees enrolled in the CiTC Apprenticeship program.
