Located in Cherry Creek, this commercial core-shell building needed help from ProCraft to install everything from ventilation systems to fuel-oil generator systems, and more, to serve a highly valued multi-use space and its underground parking deck. The project entailed the installation of VRF systems with DOAS ventilation as well as VAV distribution as a way to supply fresh air within two stories of parking space as well as the restaurant and retail spaces set just above on the first floor. Along with ensuring the space had a backup power generator, one of the biggest challenges to overcome within this Class A building involved water table issues, which we successfully handled by utilizing a sand/oil interceptor in the underground garage.
