Brighton High School partnered with ProCraft when it needed to upgrade and remodel 56,000 sq. ft. of space throughout the institution and plan and prepare a 44,000 sq. ft. addition. After determining the design-build and design assist scope required, we got to work installing 13 High-Efficiency VAV rooftop units and five make-up air units to ensure occupants are comfortable throughout every area of the school.
This intensive project also included specialty work, as we installed dust collection systems, designed commercial kitchens, outfitted science rooms with hood exhaust equipment, and put a high-efficiency gas-fired boiler in place to distribute warm water to the VAV systems.
