Joseph Blake – Water Treatment Plant – Phase 1
In order to increase process capacities and meet the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment design criteria requirements, ProCraft was responsible for improving the pretreatment process and backup power system of this vital treatment plant.
Brighton High School
Brighton High School partnered with ProCraft when it needed to upgrade and remodel 56,000 sq. ft. of space throughout the institution, and plan and prepare a 44,000 sq. ft. addition.
YMCA of Northern Colorado

Winter Park Public Transit Operations Facility
Known as the “Icebox of the Nation,” Fraser, Colorado recorded an average high of just -1º F in December of 2022, and it awarded ProCraft with the opportunity to help build the Winter Park Public Transit Operations Facility and install required ventilation and vehicle wash systems.
CU Denver – Student Housing
On the University of Colorado campus, nestled in the heart of Denver, a 7-story dormitory with more than 400 rooms, facilities, and common areas needed new ventilation systems to serve students, staff, and office occupants.
